This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Dovlet Cloud Coffee Shop L.L.C S.O.C (License No. 1655441, Dubai, UAE), operating under the Davlet Shisha brand ("we", "us", the "Company"), collects, and how we use and protect it when you use the website davlet-shisha.com (the "Website") and visit our locations.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE laws.
1. Data we collect
Data you provide to us — when you message us on WhatsApp, call us, email us or contact us on Instagram, and when you visit our locations:
- your name;
- phone number, email address, messenger account name;
- flavour preferences;
- date of birth — only if you take part in the "Free Shisha on Your Birthday" promotion;
- for partners (restaurants, lounges, hotels) — venue name, contact person and contract details.
Data collected automatically when you visit the Website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit and referral source. This data is collected through cookies and Google Analytics (see section 4).
The Website has no registration forms and no online payments — we do not collect bank card details through the Website.
2. How we use your data
- to serve guests at our locations;
- to answer your questions and requests;
- to confirm eligibility for promotions;
- to enter into and perform contracts with partners;
- to analyse traffic and improve the Website;
- to comply with UAE law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Age restriction
Our services are intended only for persons aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. Our staff may ask you to confirm your age before providing the service.

5. Third-party services
You may contact us via WhatsApp and Instagram (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.). When you use these services, your data is also processed under their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
6. Sharing your data
We may share your data only with:
- our staff and shisha masters — to the extent needed to provide the service;
- partner restaurants where you receive the service — to the extent needed to provide it;
- technical service providers (hosting, analytics) who are bound by confidentiality;
- government authorities — where required by UAE law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes listed in section 2, or for the period required by UAE law (for example, for accounting records). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Data security
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Only people who need the data for their work have access to it.
9. Photos and videos
We do not publish guests' faces without their consent. Photos from events are posted on the Website and Instagram only with the permission of the people shown in them.
10. Your rights
Under UAE law, you have the right to:
- know what data we process about you and receive a copy of it;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
- withdraw your consent and object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the competent UAE data protection authority.
